Japan's Regional Development and Regional Economyin the 20 Years after the Second World War

日本经济高度增长期及稳定增长期内的区域开发 ,主要是为了适应经济的发展以缩小区域间的差距为主要目的而进行的 ,经历了由偏重经济增长逐渐向社会综合发展转移的过程 ,经过了“据点开发”、“大型项目开发”及“地方居住区开发”3个阶段。日本的区域政策在强调政府核心作用的同时 ,积极利用和发挥民间团体的力量。

Regional development is practiced to adapt to enconomic development so as to reduce regional gaps.It has evolved from an emphasis on economic increase to overall social development.Three stages are involved:foothold development,development of large-scale projects and development of local residence.Japanese regional policy emphasizes the nucleus function of government,and at the same time makes good use of local force.The achievements in the regional development of this period have become the pillar of Japanese economic development.
