投资主体多元化与国有企业公司化改革

The Diversitication of Inverstment Subject and the Transformation of State Enterprise into Limited Company

国有企业改革的基本目标是把国有企业改造成为适应社会主义市场经济体制要求的现代企业组织形式，即公司。有限责任公司是国有企业公司化改革的基本组织形式。投资主体多元化是国有企业进行有限责任公司化改革的关键。国有企业通过共同投资、资产转让、股份转让、债转股等方式进行公司化改革时，应当十分重视投资主体多元化的形式，并做好国有资产的清产核资工作。

The basic goal of state-oWned enterprise reform is to transform it into a modern enterprise organization form which is in conformity with the requirements of socialist market economy system,i. e. company. Limited company is the basic organization form to be adopted by state enterprises during the reform. The key to the reform is to diversify the investment subject. While carrying on the reform by means of joint investment,transfer of assets and shares,and the change of debts into shares and so on,we should pay.more attention to the forming of a diversified investment subject and to the classifying and checking of state-owned assets.
