摘要
企业核心竞争力的源泉是企业各种核心资源的有效整合,这些资源可分为主动性和被动性的核心资源。对中国大型企业运作的分析得出,企业培育核心竞争力最缺乏的是主动性的核心资源即管理能力,因而主张提高管理能力来培育核心竞争力。
The headsprings of core competence are the integration of core resources, which are divided into go-aheadism and passive core resources. Chinese corporations are lack of go-aheadism management ability in cultivating core competences. By the end of this paper, cultivating core competences by enhancing management is suggested.
