摘要
进入WTO以后，我国企业面临国际化竞争。竞争力的关键是企业的核心专长，而我国企业竞争力水平难以参与国际竞争。大学在R＆D发展方面具有优势，在WTO背景下应承担培育企业核心专长的重任，通过政策调整、制度创新来加速我国企业竞争力水平的提高。
Enterprises will face international competition after China's entry into the WTO. The key of competitiveness is core speciality of enterprises, but our enterprises can not participate in international competition due to limited competitiveness. Having preponderance of R＆D, universities should undertake the duty of developing core speciality of enterprises. Competitiveness of enterprises can be enhanced by adjusting policy and innovating institution.
