摘要
研究了赤霉素处理对茭白采后生理的影响 ,结果表明 :赤霉素处理可抑制茭白硬度、呼吸速率和乙烯释放量上升 。
Effect of GA 3 on postharvest physiology of water bamboo shoot was investigated. The result showed that the hardness, respiration rate, released C 2H 2 and MDA content were inhibited, and the declination of SOD and CAT activities were delayed.
