当前制约农民收入增长的主要因素及对策

THE MAIN FACTORS RESTRICTING THE INCOME INCREASING FOR FARMERS AND COUNTERMEASURES AT PRESENT STAGE

我国农业和农村经济发展新阶段的基本任务 ,就是保证农民收入较快增长和农村实现小康。为此 ,本文通过对当前制约农民收入的主要因素的分析 ,提出发展农村经济、增加农民收入的对策是 :对农业和农村经济结构进行战略性调整 ;加快农业产业化进程 ;深化农村改革 ;拓宽农民增收领域。

To ensure the income rapid increasing and the comfortable life for farmers are a basic tasks for developing agriculture and the countryside economics at a new stage in China. So the article analyses the main factors which restrict the income increasing for farmers these days and put forward countermeasures to develop the country economy and increase imcome for farmers. The countermeasures are as following: carrying out the strategy adjustment to agriculture and the countryside economic structure, speed up the process of agricultural industry, deepening the reform in the countryside, and widening the field to inciease the income for farmers.
