“WHITE REVOLUTION”AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPING OF AGRICULTURE

本文对“白色革命”的兴起以及在国内外的普及发展状况和它带来的积极效果进行了阐述。但同时由此而带来的“白色污染”问题不容忽视 ,作者提出要积极研究和实施各种对策 。

Taking place of “White Revolotion', and its extention situation, which made active effects for crop production, were expounded in this paper. Meanwhile, “White Polution”which came from “White Revolution” was a no neglected problem.The authors suggested research and establishment countermeasures, which would be benefit of sustainable development of agriculture.
