摘要
以小麦赤霉病菌、番茄灰霉病菌和苹果炭疽病菌为供试菌种 ,对 5 6种植物的 6 0种丙酮提取物进行了抑菌活性筛选。结果表明 ,芦苇、龙葵等 35种提取物对至少 1种病菌的菌丝生长抑制率大于 6 0 % ,芦苇、胡颓子等 2 6种提取物对苹果炭疽病菌孢子的萌发有 6 0 %以上的抑制作用 ;其中莴苣、苍耳、苦参、苦豆子等 8种植物对供试病菌菌丝生长和苹果炭疽病菌孢子萌发的抑制作用较强 ,抑制效果均在 80 %以上 。
The fungistasis of56plant acetone extracts were tested with Gibberella zeae,Glomerella cingulata and Botrytis cirerea under separete cultivating conditions.Results showed that35plant extracts had more than 60 % inhibiting rates to the hypha growth of at least one species of tested fungi,such as Phragrnites communes,Solanum nigrum etc.2 6plant extracts,including Phragrnites communis,Elaeagnus angustrifolis etc,had more than 60 % inhibiting rates to the spore sprouting of Glomerella cingulata,and among them,the rates of8plantextracts were more than80 % ,such as L actuca sativa,Xanthium sibiricum, Sophora flavescensait,Sophora alopecaroides,Phragrnitescommunis etc.
