摘要
设计了用于零件修复的新型 Pb- Sn基耐磨钎料 ,模拟丰 - 3发动机曲轴油封部位的工作状态 ,对钎料试样进行了磨损试验 ,分析了 Sn、Sb、Cu和 RE等合金元素对钎料耐磨性能的影响。结果表明 ,在合金成分范围内 ,合金中 Sn、Sb和 RE含量较高时 ,钎料的耐磨性能较好。 4组 16种不同成分的钎料合金中 ,9号和 16号具有良好的耐磨性能 ,15 2 h磨损量仅为 0 .1195 g和 0 .15 6 1g。
The paper designed the Pb- Sn base alloy of solder used for parts mending.The experiments simulated Harvest3motor crankshaft grease seal s performance at work was conducted.Some experiments for abrasion were taken on solders.The paper analyzes Sn,Sb,Cu and RE influence on solder s wear resistance.It proves that within the component confines of the alloy,the higher the proportion of Sn,Sb, and RE,the betterthe wear resistance.In 4groups thatcontain 1 6kinds of differentsolder alloy,No.9and No.1 6solder alloy manifested a good wearresistance.Forinstance,1 52 hour the amountof abrasion was as little as 0 .1 1 95g and 0 .1 561 g.
