摘要
阐述了 2 1世纪我国农业的新形势 ,提出必须转变观念 ,树立农业由传统的粗放经营方式向现代集约经营方式转变等十大新观念。针对西南岩溶地区的发展现状 ,提出了 6项开发对策 ,并以广西为重点 ,提出要以结构调整为契机 ,加快广西农业开发和脱贫致富的进程。
The paper expounds the new agricultural situation in the 21st century in China and suggests that the thoughts should be changed and ten large new notions including the change of traditional extensive farming to modern intensive one in agricultural should be fostered. In addition, according to the present situation of development in southwest China's karst area, the author puts forward six developmental strategies, puts emphasis on Guangxi and discusses the course of speeding up Guangxi's agricultural development and attenuating poverty and becoming prosperous by employing the opportunity of structural adjustment.
