母猪的二个基因位点的多态性及其与产仔数连锁关系研究

Study on the Polymorphisms of ESR, PRLR and the Relationship between Polymorphisms and Litter Size in Landrace×Large White, Erhualian and Large White

试验采用PCR -RFLPs方法分析了长大、二花脸和大白猪的ESR、PRLR位点的多态性 ,并分析了多态性与母猪产仔性能和仔猪生长性能的相关性。结果表明 :ESR和PRLR 2个位点在 2个品种和长大母猪中存在多态性 ;PRLR位点的不同基因型对产仔数影响呈现出AA >AB >BB的趋势 ;ESR位点对产仔数影响的趋势为BB >AB >AA。 2个位点对母猪乳头数。

The polymorphisms of PRLR and ESR gene in Landrace×large white, Erhualian and Large white sow herd were investigated by PCR RFLPs; the relationship between polymorphisms and growth trait were analysied. The results reveal that the polymorphisms of the two loci are found in different breeds and landrace×large white sow herd; the different genetypes of PRLR have different effects on litter size by the order AA>AB>BB; meanwhile ESR by the order BB>AB>AA. Neither has effect on pig growth and teat number.
