摘要
从两个野鸭场送检的病死野鸭体内分离到 AFb1、 AFb5和 JYb10共 3株细菌，经菌落形态观察、染色镜检、生化特性测定以及血清学试验，鉴定为 2型鸭疫里默氏杆菌。
： 3 strains (AFb1、 AFb5和 JYb10)of bacteria have been isolated from two pen－ raised mallard duck farm .The isolates were identified as Riemerella anatipestifer according to their morphology,straining and biochemical characteristics.Three strains all belonged to serotype 2 based on plate agglutination and agar gel precipitation tests.
