摘要
虚拟实验的元器件模型通过用数学模型来代替物理上存在的具体的物理器件,这种数学模型应该能够正确的反映器件的物理特性和电学特性,且便于在计算机上作数值计算。文章分析了虚拟实验环境中的虚拟实体的特性和行为特征,提出了一种虚拟实验的建模分类方法与虚拟元件的建模方法,将元器件的建模分为基于正向操作模型建立和基于逆向操作的模型建立,并通过分析电子实验的特点,探讨了电子实验的元件建模方法和元件的模型的类结构图,建立了电子实验的元件的模型类体系结构,并分析了这种建模方式的特点和优缺点。
The components in virtual experiments which using mathematical modeling substitute physically existing and detailed physical components that are supposed to reflect their physical and electronic properties and are convenient to be used as numerical calculating in the computers.This paper analyses the properties and the actions of the virtual entity in virtual experiments,and brings forward a modeling-classified method in virtual experiments and a modeling method of components.These methods divide the model into two parts in which one is based on positive operations and another is based on reverse operations.By analyzing the properties of a electronic experiment,this paper also discusses the component modeling method in electronic experiments and the class-structure of component models,and sets up the component modeling class-structures,and at the same time analyses the properties,the advantages and the disadvantages in this model.
