摘要
首先讨论了 ＭＳＤＯＳ、 １６位 Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ和 Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ９８的通信编程差别，然后着重阐述了３２位 Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ环境下的通信编程技 术，最后利用该技术实现Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ９８下单台微机与多台变频器的串行通信控制。
This paper discusses the difference of communication programming in the operating system of MSDOS. 16bits Windows and Windows98, Then deals with some problems about serial communication programming technique in 32bits Win98. Finally, this technique is used to complete serial communication con- trolling between a single PC and multi inverters under Windows98.
