摘要
用流动化学发光仪对鲁米诺-NaClO_4-KI-Pt(Ⅳ)体系进行了详细的研究,并选定了最佳测量条件。测得了铂的催化发光强度,其测定线性范围为(0.04~2.4)x10^(-6)和(0.8~8)×10^(-6)铂。对0.4×10^(-6)铂测定的相对标准偏差为1.9%,检测下限为27×10^(-9)。对氧化铝和活性炭催化剂中的铂进行了测定,结果令人满意。
The phenomenon that Pt(Ⅳ)catalyzes thechemiluminescence reaction of luminol-NaClO_4-KI-OH^- was carefully studied with flow chemi-luminescent analyser.The conditions for thedetermination of platinum were optimized.The linear range of the determination is from0.04 to 2.4×10^(?)and 0.8 to 8×10^(-6)of plati-num according to the strength of catalytic chem-iluminescence.The limit of detection is 27×10^(?),and the relative standard deviation is1.9%.It has been used to determine microa-mounts of Pt(Ⅳ)in catalyzator samples withsatisfactory results.
