摘要
变频器以其结构简单、造价低廉、便于维修等优势越来越多地被应用于调速系统。其中, V/F曲线参数设定是保证变频调速系统静态速度精度的关键。本文通过对交流电动机V/F函数的理论分析,采用数学方法对变频器V/F曲线各参数进行计算,利用台达VFD-A型变频器的两段V/F曲线来模拟交流电动机不同供电频率段的电压/频率特性。进而通过应用实例阐述利用变频器V/F曲线各参数的设定提高变频调速系统速度的精度.
The frequency converter is applied to speed system more and more, because its structure is simple, and it costs lower and is easy to maintain, etc. The set of parameter of V/ F function is the key to assure the static precision of speed for the frequency converter. Based on the academic analysis of V/F function of the A.C motor,the article calculates the parameter of V/F function of the frequency converter using the method of maths. The V/F characteristic of the A.C. motor for different power frequency is simulated by means of two-part V/F curve of the DELTA VFD-A. The example is used to expound the improvement of precision of the frequency converter speed system, by setting the parameter of V/F function of the frequency converter.
