Spectrophotometric studies on the micelle sensitized colour reaction of molybdenum with 9-(3'-pyridyl)-2,6,7-trihydroxyfluorone and cetylpyridinium bromide

在弱酸性介质中,钼与一种新的荧光酮试剂—9-(3′-吡啶基)-2,6,7-三羟基荧光酮在阳离子表面活性剂澳化十六烷基吡啶存在下可以形成一种红紫色的配合物。配合物的最大吸收峰位于537nm,其表观摩尔吸光系数ε_(537)=1.15×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。配合物中钼与显色剂的摩尔比为1:1。钼含量在0～12μg/25 mL 时符合比耳定律。方法有较强的抗干扰能力,其中允许有较大量的钛存在。方法曾用于某些含钼合金钢及低碳钢的分析,结果满意。

In a weak acid solution molybdenum ionscan react to form a red-purple complex with 9-(3'-pyridyl)-2,6,7-trihydroxyfluorone and cetyl-pyridinium bromide.The complex exhibits anabsorption maximum at 537nm with a molarabsorptivity of 1.15×10~5 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1).Themolar ratio of Mo:3'-PyF in the complex hasbeen estimated as 1:1.The majority of foreignmetal ions especially large amounts of titaniumions do not interfere with the molybdenumreaction.A new method for the spectrophotome-tric determination of molybdenum has been deve-loped and used to analyse several steel sampleswith good results.
