摘要
研究了在非离子表面活性剂Triton X-100存在下,Eu-DBM-TOPO三元配合物在水溶液中进行荧光分析的应用条件。在 pH 7.6~9.3 NH_4Ac 缓冲介质中,配合物的最大特征荧光发射波长为617nm。铕在20×10^(-12)~110×10^(-9)有良好的线性关系。检出下限可达2×10^(-12),并可允许大量共存离子存在。用于纯度为99.99%的氧化钆中痕量铕的测定,结果满意。
In the presence of nonionic surfactant TritonX-100,the conditions of fluorometric analysis ofEu-DBM-TOPO in aqueous solution have beeninvestigated.The suitable acidity range is pH7.6~9.3,NH_4Ac.The maximum characteristicemission wavelength of the ternary complex is617nm.This method shows good sensitivity,selectivity and stability.It can determine 20×10^(-12)europium in the lower limit of the workingcurve and the detection limit of this methodis 2×10^(-12).Trace europium in 99.99% Gd_2O_3can be directly determined without separation andwith satisfactory results.
