介绍了环糊精(CD)的物理、化学性质。讨论了形成包接配合物的条件及溶液中包接配合作用的影响。综述了 CD 在色谱分析、荧光光度分析及分光光度分析中的应用。
The main characteristics of cyclodextrin re- lating to analytical chemistry and formation condi-tions of inclusion complexes between cyclodextrinand guest molecules were discussed in this pa-per.The applications of cyclodextrin in all cur-rent types of chromatography,fluorescence andspectrophotometry were summarized.It is thoughtthat the application of cyclodextrins in analyticalchemistry has a great potentiality.
