摘要
分别用填充柱和毛细管色谱柱分离了邻,间和对位硝基苯甲醛的混合物。用内标法,以对硝基甲苯为内标物,分别定量。讨论了色谱柱、溶剂和内标物的选择问题。实验结果表明,用 OV-101熔融石英毛细管柱,不但分离效果好,且分析速度快,结果可靠。变异系数小于1%。回收率达99~101%。
This paper describes the separation and deter-mination of o-,m-,p-nitrobenzaldehyde by cap-illary and packed column GC.The selection ofcolumn,solvent and internal standard is dis-cussed.Tests have shown that the OV-101 flexiblequartz capillary column has the advantages offast speed and better separation purity.The co-efficient of variation is<1%,and the recoveriesare 99~101%.
