摘要
从一般管理组织结构出发，得出其结构的本质，并且将它与Ｐｅｔｒｉ网和随机Ｐｅｔｒｉ网联系．用Ｐｅｔｒｉ网来研究组织结构问题．
This paper firstly analyzes the mechanism of organic structure of management,and next,researches the organic structure by using Petri Nets,and Stochastic Petri nets.At last,proves that the methods by Petri Nets is very useful in organic structure.
