几种新的偶氮安替比林类显色剂的合成及其与钙显色反应的研究 被引量:3

摘要 在改进变色酸偶氮安替比林类试剂常用合成方法的基础上,用氢氧化锂作催化荆合成了8种新的试剂。研究了试剂与钙的显色反应。在碱性介质中多数试剂与钙都有灵敏的显色反应(ε>10~4),其中间溴偶氮安替比林与钙显色的摩尔吸光系数ε_(630)为2.20×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。钙在0~30μg/25mL 符合比耳定律。Sandell 灵敏度为0.0018μg·cm^(-2)。环境水样中钙的测定结果令人满意. In this paper,8 new antipyrylazo colourreagents have been designed and synthesized.Most of them have highly sensitive colourreactions with calcium(e>10~4).Among these,themeta-bromoantipyrylazo may be used as a betterreagent for the spectrophotometric determination ofCa.In NaOH medium,it can form a blue complexwith Ca,the complex has maximum absorption at630nm and the molar absorptivity is e=2.20×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1). Beer's law is obeyed in the concen-tration range of 0~30μg per 25mL.A methodhas been developed to determine Ca in waterwith satisfactory results.
