当前水泥窑用耐火材料的发展动向

摘要 本文回顾了水泥窑用耐火材料的发展简史,阐述了新型干法窑对耐火材料的基本要求和目前这种窑系统各部份实际使用的耐火材料。近年来随着熟料煅烧以煤代油的变换,节能要求的提高,耐碱蚀和降低铬公害的需要,开发利用了低铬和无铬碱性砖,耐碱蚀、抗剥落、低导热的高铝砖以及超轻质的硅酸钙板和耐火浇注料,使窑衬的重量减轻,节能更多且寿命延长。本文对近年来已付之实用的低铬镁铬砖、无铬镁质砖、白云石砖特种高铝砖,超轻质硅酸钙板和超轻质耐火浇注料的主要成分和性能加以阐述介绍。 The history of the development of refractories for cement kilns are described briefly. The fundamental re- quirements about refractories for new type dry process kilns are discussed and the refractories now being used in these kilns are stated. Since the fuel used in cement industry is transferred from oil to coal, and the energy-saving requirements of clinker manufacture are further enhanced, and both the resistance to alkali attack and protection from chrome-pollution are required, several new kinds of refractories are developed to meet these equirements, such as low chrome and non-chrome basic bricks, alkali-resistant, spall-resistant and low thiermal conductivity high alumina bricks and super light weight refractories. In this paper, the principal composition and properties of low chrome magnesite-chrome brick, non-chrome magnesite brick, dolomite brick, special high alumina brick, super light weight calcium silicate products and super light weight refractory castable are introduced. All these refractories are achially used in cement kilns recently.
