摘要
本文以“投入-活动-产出-效率”四段模式,构建科研机构科技活动绩效综合评价指标体系。应用多元统计分析方法,给出功能比较完善的综合评价的系统分析模型,即综合评价值的线性加权模型,及确定其中指标权重的三种定量分析方法;排序与最优分割法划分级别;综合评价指标体系结构及综合绩效成因概念的因子分析方法。
With an input-activity-output-effciency model, we build the overall appraisal index system about the activities achievement in scientific research institutes. Using the multi-analysis method, a systematic analysis model of overall appraisal, linear weigted model of overall appraisal, and three kinds of qualified system analysis method of deciding index weight are given. Classifying grades using queue and optimal cutting method and factor analysis method to the structure of overall appraissal index system and overall achievement concept are also given.
