在我国,控制性详细规划的编制工作开展已近十年,其中旧城区控规的编制更有各自的内容侧重、工作深度和特点。笔者回顾了近年来在东南沿海几座城市中所取得的一些经验教训,就它的全面性、经济分析和更新保护等方面谈一点心得体会,就教于同行。
