两相厌氧—好氧技术处理白酒淘洗废水试验研究

A study on two phase anaerobic-aerobic treatment of white wine wastewater

采用两相厌氧—好氧工艺 ,在厌氧接触池投入塑料环 ,后接自行研究开发的厌氧挡板反应器 (内设 2 0μm沸石载体 ) ,再接SBR反应池处理白酒淘洗生产废水。重点介绍了废水处理工程的设计特点和运行效果。运行结果表明了处理效果十分稳定 ,进水CODCr在 30 0 0mg/L左右 ,出水均在 10 0mg/L以下 。

Two phase anaerobic-aerobic process is investigated for the treatment of white wine wastewater. The anaerobic contact pond of this process is packed with plastic ring, then a SBR pond anaerobic baffle reactor follows. The present study focuses on the design feature and operating results of wastewater treatment. The operating results show that the treatment effect is fair and stable. The inlet COD Cr is around 3 000 mg/L,and that for the effluent is lower than 100 mg/L,and the problem in operation is summarized.
