摘要
研究了在酸性介质中 ,锌与草酸的还原反应 ,生成的乙醛酸与盐酸苯肼反应生成乙醛酸苯腙 ,而苯肼转化为重氮盐后与乙醛酸苯腙反应生成粉红色偶氮化合物。据此建立了分光光度法测定微量草酸盐的分析方法。
