摘要
采用多元统计分析方法 ,对新铁炮百合F2 代 17个株系和F3代 6个株系的 13个主要性状进行主成分分析 结果表明 :可以将所有信息归纳为 5个主成分 ,它们能解释总遗传变异的 70 %以上 .经过自交和选择 ,同一性状在不同世代主成分中的作用不同 ,不同世代 5个特征向量的组成有变化 ,花的大小。
The thirteen important traits from 17 clones of F 2 and 6 inbred lines of F 3 of Lilium formolongi were analyzed by the principal component analysis. The results showed that the thirteen important traits could be summarized to 5 principal components and the cumulative variance over 70%. By selfing and selecting, it was found that the same trait had different effect on the principal components in different generations and the distribution of eigenvectors had changed because of the increase of factor loading.
