摘要
为了研究喂入量（初始密度）对压捆机压缩过程的影响，对苜蓿、羊草，碾过的麦秸在不同喂入量下送行了压缩试验，试验表明喂入量对压缩过程确有影晌。通述分析其压缩压力与压缩量及压缩密度的关系，建立了模型方程，提出了喂入量对压缩过程的影响规律。
In order to Study the effect of charge die (primary density) on the compression process of baler,compression tests were performed for alfafa, wildrye and rolled wheet straw in different charge die. +Based on the testing results,a mathmatics modol was established through analysing the relation between compression force and compressed die and density at the same time, it in pointed out the effected rules of charge die on compression process.
