降低乳中细菌、体细胞含量及改善乳质技术的研究 被引量:6

A STUDY ON REDUCING MILK BACTERIA AND SOMATIC CELLS CONTENT AS WELL AS IMPROVING MILK QUAEITY

摘要 本文研究了挤奶器具的清洗与消毒、正确挤奶顺序与乳头消毒液的使用对降低乳中细菌数及体细胞数的效果,同时进行了产奶量及乳成分变化的研究。研究结果表明:挤奶器具的清洗与消毒可以有效地降低乳中的细菌含量,可使乳中细菌数从43693±321.82万/ml,下降到154.42±77.94万/ml.下降率为64.66%。正确挤奶顾序与乳头的消毒可使乳中细菌数从154.42±7794万/ml,下降到500±1.41万/ml,减少了149.42万/ml,下降率为96.49%,乳中体细胞数从93.00±28.11万/ml,下降到32.00±0.82万/ml,下降率为65.59%。采用正确挤奶顺序后乳成分有上升的趋势,对产奶量没有明显的效果。 The efftect of washing cleaning and sterilizing implements and propermilking procedures as well as using of mammila sterilizig liquid on reducing milk bacteria and scmatic cells was investigated,at the same time, the change of milk output andmilk components is also studied. The results showed that washing- cleaning and sterilizing milk implements can reduce milk bacteria content effeatlvely, from 4. 37 ± 3.22million/ml to 1. 54±0. 78million/ml,down by 64. 66%. proper milking procedure andmammila disinfection can reduce milk bacteria c0ntent from 1. 54±0. 78million/ml to 0.05±0. 01 million/ml,down by 1. 49 million/ml;milk somatic cell content from O. 93±0.28 million/ml to 0. 32±0.01million/ml,down by 65. 59%, proper milking procedure canmake milk components increase sIightly,but no effect on milk output.
