动物脊柱的进化与蒙古羊脊椎变异间的关系 被引量:7

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE EVOLUTION OF ANIMAL VERTEBRAL COLUMN AND THE VARIATION OF VERTEBREA IN MONGOLIAN SHEEP

摘要 本文根据陆生脊椎动物脊柱的进化特征和大量例证,论证了脊柱各区段的发生过程和变化趋势,阐明了蒙古羊脊柱特征,如多脊椎和多肋骨的进化地位。蒙古羊的多脊椎与多肋骨证明它是一个古老的品种,而且还具有明显的适应意义和经济价值。虽然其他品种的绵羊的荐前推保持在26枚,但蒙古羊荐前推大多数为27枚(82.86%),26枚的羊仅占10.57%,另外还有28故的个体(6.57%)。蒙古羊的多脊椎特征有重要的研究价值,是发育遗传学研究领域不可多得的研究材料,在生产上也极具开发应用价值。 Based on the characteristics of evolution in vertebral animals and a lot of illustrations, This paper demonstrated the developing processes of each part of vertebral column and their changing trends, explained the vertebral column characteristics of mongolian sheep, such as its multithoracic vertebrae and multilumber vertebrae etc. The phenomena of multiMvertebrae in mongolian sheep proved it was an old breed with obvious significances of adaption and important economic vaIues. The numbers of presacral vertebrae of mongolian sheep were 26 (10. 57% ), 27 (82. 86% ), 28 (6. 57% ), and were abviously different from other breeds of sheep in the world. The phenomena of multiverbebral in mongolian sheep was a result of homeobox gene,mutations in this breed.
