本文介绍了生产伏特加酒的主要工艺要点:酒精的处理方法;水的处理方法;酒基的制备及处理方法,为伏特加成品生产提供了工艺依据。伏特加的生产既改善了我国饮料酒品种的结构,又为供大于求的食用酒精谋求了新的出路。
This article introduced the Vodka Production method alcohol treatment;water treatment; Getting and the treatment of wine base, production of vodka improved structure of drinking wine in China and provided a new road for the utilization of over produced edible alcohol.
