摘要
万家沟水库主体工程为自治区第一座变半径变厚度混凝土双曲拱坝，采用了当今大坝设计上诸多新技术，因而施工测量要求高，难度大。其中施工控制网的建立和施工放线的实施在很大程度上制约着工程的进度和质量。本文就上述两方面进行了严谨的论证和探索，对影响施工精度的因素进行了多方分析，建立了一整套规范化的施工测量方法，确保了施工进度和质量。
