摘要
利用FTIR原位测定方法,研究碱性硅烷偶朕剂的自缩合反应,硅烷上的碱性基团对自缩合反应有催化作用,使之交联成立体网状结构。对于中性硅烷偶朕剂,外加胺类等碱性有机物,也可加速反应进程。自缩合反应形成柔韧性的界面层,从而提高了界面的粘结力,另外这层韧性的界面层缓冲了无机材料和有机材料的热膨胀系数的差异,从而减小了内应力。
Using the FTIR measuring methed at the original Place to study the self- condensing re-ac tion of the basic Unk - coupled silanes, We find that the basic group of the silanes has the cataly-sis for the self- condensing reaction l thus cross - linked solid net structhe can be formed.As for neutral link - coupled silanes agent the reaction process can also be accelerated b)' add-ing basic oguic material such as amine.Self- condensing reaction can form tough interface thus it can incra the in terface's cakingpower.In addition, the tough interface can buffer the heat expansi0n cocfficient difference between in-oguic and ognic rnaterials, and it can lessen the intemal stress, thus the material's mechanicalproporty can be inced.
