摘要
本文用薄层扫描法对三黄片中大黄素含量进行测定．并经过对样品扫描测定及稳定性、加样回收试验，说明了该方法准确稳定、结果可靠．
In this paper, we use TLC - Scanning Method to measure Emodin's content in San huang tublet. Further through the tests of steadility and retrieving sample, we can see that this method is reliable and steady.
