摘要
本文主要论述了排肥装置参数的确定及选择,引进了粉状化肥的成拱理论,由此可确定排肥口直径;建立了作用在排肥轴上的扭矩Te与箱内化肥侧压应力δx的关系。经过试验,该装置的性能满足设计要求,其理论计算及结论可作为排肥装置的设计依据。
The principle of parameter determination and selection of fertilizer ejection device were discussed in this paper.Having introduced arch formation theory of powdered fertilizer,we may determine the diameter of fertilizer ejection opening and establish a mathematical relationship between the torque Te acting on the shaft of fertilizer ejector and lateral compression stress δx of the fertilizer contained in the fertilizer case.Testing result showed that the performance of this device met the requirement of designing. The theoretical calculation method and the conclusion obtained here could be adopted as a basis for the designing work of the fertilizer ejection device.
