承德县县域产业发展战略构想

An outline of industrial development strategy in Chengde County.

该文从滦河流域整体利益出发 ,通过对承德县自然与社会经济特征的分析 ,提出了以经济发展为核心 ,山地生态环境改善为基础的可持续发展模式 ,论证了承德县宜采取自给型种植业、防护型林业。

In the light of the integrated benefit of the Luanhe valley, based on the analysis of the social-economic and resources environment in Chengde County Hebei Province, this paper puts forward that the economic development should be taken as the core and the improvement of mountainous ecological environment as the mode for the sustainable developmental. The paper also demonstrates that the self-sufficient agriculture, protection forestry, economical pomiculture and livestock breeding, and benifitial farm products processing industry should be adopted as the general objective orientations of industrial development in this area.
