摘要
为规范旅游风景区索道的运营管理提供科学依据 ,首先分析了旅游风景区索道的环境影响因子 ,建立了环境影响识别矩阵 .以拟建的五指山索道工程为例 ,分析了其带来水土流失及对水源涵养影响的可能性 .结果表明 ,在施工方式与运营管理 2个关键因子中 ,采用临时索道的施工方式带来的影响略高于人工拖运方式 ,运营管理中适时复绿可以减缓其影响 .在此基础上 ,就测量期。
Aimed at providing a scientific basis for the engineering project management of ropeway in the tourism resorts, identifying matrix of environment impact was given after analyzing the factors of environmental impact of the ropeway in the tourist resorts in the paper. Taking the proposed ropeway in the Five-finger Mountain as an example, the possibility of soil erosion and the losses of water conservation resulted from the project was estimated. The estimations show that, for the two key factors of construction options and operational management, the impacts from the construction options are a little bigger by temporary ropeway than by men carry. Vegetation recovery in time in the operations can mitigate these influences. Based on the above, a series of measures covering the periods of survey, construction and operation to keep the project running well were presented.
