Water resources sustainable development and utilization is an important part of sustainable development,and in the capaciously agricultural and stock raising base of China,the problem of water shortage is a“bottleneck”factor to restrict the development of agriculture and stock raising.This paper put forward a new decision method to assess the degree sustainable development and utilization of water resources in the agricultural and stock raising base,which can also provide a new researching method to guide the water resources rational development and utilization in agricultural and stock raising base.
