摘要 用硝酸盐的酸性水溶液用水热合成法制成了5纳米单斜ZrO_2微粉,用电子显微镜和X光粉末法测定其颗粒大小.比热测量表明,样品在90K至160K范围内,其比热比文献报导高得多. 5nm ultrafine monoclinic ZrO_2 powder was prepared by hydrothermol method using zirconium nitrate solution in nitric acid. The particle size was determined by means of Electron Microscope and X-ray method. Measurement of specific heat was carried out and a abnormally higher specific heat at 90K to 160K was observed.
