摘要
本文把液晶分子看成由硬棒中心与可弯曲的两尾端所组成,两尾端可以相同也可以不同.运用晶格模型对两种不同液晶分子混合而成的体系进行了计算,得出了一系列热力学关系式,用这些关系式,对两尾端对称(即相同)及两尾端不对称的两两混合液晶体系的N-I相平衡热力学量,结果与实验值符合得很好.
A lattice model of liquid crystal molecules with rigid cores and non-symmetric flexible tails is introduced to study the mixed systems. The new definition of order parameter which not only consider the direction of cores but also the direction of tails improve the calculated results. The N-Iphase transition temperature and other thermodynamic quantities of many two components mixed system are calculated and compared with experimental data.
