The nature of network crimes lie in its information aspect.On one side,network crimes depend on the utilization of information on the Internet,on the other side,the direct victim is the imformation itself.So how to prevent information from misusing and abusing is the focus in fighting against network crimes.Technological measures can effectively prevent them,but they are also easy to be attacked by technologies themselves.The conclussion is that in order to effectively control network crimes,it is necessary to combine technological measures with law.Only through technological measures can information-misusing and information-abusing be avoided,hence the law can be effectively implemented,Only by the use of law can the technological measures can be protected.
