摘要
在市场经济条件下，金融业对国民经济的推动作用日益重要。正如邓小平同志所指出的，“金融很重要，是现代经济的核心，金融搞好了，一着棋活，全盘皆赢。”［１］（Ｐ３６６）但是当前金融领域的犯罪情形日益严重，因此，全面研究其特点，分析其成因，进而为防治该类犯罪寻求可行对策在目前就为必要。
In the market economy, finance is becoming more and more important to the national economy. Just as Deng Xiaoping said, 'Finance, the core of modern economy, is very important. The successful finance is like playing chess, in which a perfect step can lead to winning the game.' But the current financial crime is becoming mere and more serious. So it is necessary to study its characteristics and analyse its causes, to find feasible counter -measures to prevent and control such kind of crimes.
