摘要
人民陪审制度，作为我国司法制度的重要组成部分，一度得到法学界的普遍盛赞。人民陪审制度对实现司法公正、司法民主等发挥了重要作用。但由于各种原因，当前我国陪审制度已基本流于形式。为此，我们呼吁坚持人民陪审制度，完善人民陪审制度。
As a main composition of the judicial system, people's jury system has once highly appreciated by the legal scholars. It has played an important role in judicial justice, judicial democracy and so on. But the present jury system of our country has become a mere formality because of all kinds of reasons. Therefore, we appeal to defend and perfect the people's jury system.
