新税制实行以来，我国税收工作已取得了显著的成就，但税收工作中存在的问题依然很多，在很大程度上制约着税收工作的发展，亟待解决。本文就揭示了税收工作中存在的问题并提出了相关的法律对策。

Since the execution of new tax system, China's taxation work has achieved remarkable success. However there're still many problems existing in taxation work. These problems restrict the development of taxation work, needing prompt solution. This article reveals the problems existing in taxation work and puts forward relative legal countermeasures.
