证券犯罪查处难的原因及对策初探

Causes of the Difficulties in Punishing Securities Crimes and Their Countermeasures

证券市场存在着大量的不规范行为 ,但受查处的却很少。本文认为证券犯罪查处难的原因在于 :证券犯罪发现难 ,案源少 ;侦查机关管辖权的限制 ;经侦队伍力量不足 ;有关法律不完善。并在此基础上提出了相应对策。

There are many irregular acts in the securities business,but few of them are punished.The crimes of securities are difficult to be investigated and prosecuted,The main reasons are:the difficulties for discovering the crimes of securities,and the lackness for the sources of cases;the restriction of the jurisdiction for the investigating organization;the insufficiency for the investigating force ofeconomic crimes;the unperfection of the law system.and so on.
