摘要
对不发达地区而言 ,人才外流无疑损失很大 ,外流的原因主要是报酬低等。企业要留住人才 ,就必须采取恰当的分配方式 ,使人才利益与企业利益达到最大均衡。
The outward flowing of talents resulting mainly from the low payment has done great harm to underdeveloped areas. To maintain talent, enterprises should adopt the proper modes of money distribution and make the maximum equilibrium between the interests of employees and employers.
