摘要 在水温 2 0 .5± 0 .5℃和海水盐度 2 9.3的条件下 ,盘鲍幼体在受精后约 72h获得附着能力 .GABA(γ 氨基丁酸 ) 2~ 1 0 0 0 μmol/dm3 GABA可有效诱导幼体的附着 ,其中 1 0 0 0 μmol/dm3 GABA在 3.5h内诱导 1 0 0 %的幼体附着 .添加K+可以诱导盘鲍幼体的附着行为反应 ,但不能促使幼体的实质性附着 .同种成体的足粘液对诱导幼体的附着是有效的 ,附着性硅藻特别是卵形藻也有很高的诱导活性 .当适宜的附着基底缺乏时 。 Haliotis discus discus larvae would got the competence of attachment in 72h after fertilization under 20.5±0.5℃ and salinity 29.3. The neurotrasmitter GABA induced the attachment behavior of larvae at 2~1 000 μmol/dm 3. 100% of attachment behavior was observed within 3.5h of exposure to 1 000 μmol/dm 3 GABA. KCl at 9~50 mmol/dm 3 concentrations above normal seawater salinity stimulated an incomplete settlement behavior. The conspecific adult mucus and diatom film also could induce the attachment behavior of larvae in a high rate. The diatom film formed mainly by Cocconeis scutellum var. parva was the most effective one to induce attachment behavior among the several diatom films. The larvae would delay metamorphosis when the suitable substrata were lacked. [WT5F1]
