摘要 本文采用水瓶法和径流装置研究了不同温度下摄食和饥饿的日本对虾 (Pe naeusjaponicus)仔虾 (P)的呼吸与排泄 .结果表明 ,日本对虾仔虾体长与干体重呈指数函数关系 ,DW =0 .0 0 6e0 .5 15L(r2 =0 .999,n =1 6 ) ;耗氧和氨排泄率随着温度的升高而提高、随着仔虾体重的增长反而变小 ;耗氧和氨排泄率与体重呈幂函数关系 ,30和 2 6℃下耗氧率 (R)与体重的关系方程式分别是R =2 .6 6 9DW-1.0 41(r2 =0 .95 3,n =8)和R =2 .370DW-0 .70 8(r2 =0 .5 33,n =8) ;30和 2 6℃下氨排泄率 (E)与体重的关系方程式分别是E =36 .81DW-0 .615 (r2 =0 .6 5 4,n =8)和E =1 5 .2 8DW-0 .795(r2 =0 .6 5 2 ,n =8) ;饱食仔虾的耗氧率明显高于饥饿的仔虾 ,因摄食使仔虾 (P15 )额外消耗的能量为 4%~ 2 0 % ,仔虾的特殊动力作用 (SDA)大约在摄食 5~ 7h后发生 ,并可持续作用 1 Respiration and excretion by Penaeus japonicus post larvae were studied during feeding and starvation states at different temperatures, using water bottle method and flow through system. Results show that the relationship between dry weight and length of Penaeus japonicus post larvae assumes index function, DW =0.006e 0.515 L ( r 2=0.999, n =16); the oxygen consumption and ammonia excretion rise with temperature increasing, and reduce along with dry weight increasing; oxygen consumption and ammonia excretion are related with dry weight by power function, the equations of relationships between oxygen consumption ( R ) and dry weight( DW ) at temperatures 30℃ and 26℃, are R =2.669 DW -1.041 ( r 2=0.953, n =8) and R = 2.370 DW -0.708 ( r 2=0.533, n =8),respectively; the equations of relationships between ammonia excretion( E ) and dry weight( DW ) at 30℃ and 26℃, are E =36.81 DW -0.615 ( r 2=0.654, n =8) and E =15.28 DW -0.795 ( r 2=0.652, n =8),respectively. Oxygen consumption is markedly higher during feeding state than that of starvation state in post larvae, because feeding makes post larvae(P 15 )cost 4%~20% of extra energy, the special dynamics action( SDA )begins to react when feeding after about 5~7h, and it can last about 10h.
