摘要
论述了减灾中的经济学问题．文章指出，为了实现减灾与经济发展相结合，应强调重视减灾投入效益，实现减灾产业化。
In this paper, problems of economica on disaster reduction are discussed. In order to implement coordination between disaster reduction and economic development, cost-benefit analysis and industrialization on disaster reduction is emphasized.
